2020 IFC Director of Recruitment

During my junior year, I had the privilege of honor of overseeing the recruitment process for men interested in joining a residential fraternity at UW. Coming into this position, I had high hopes to change the recruitment process to make it a more equitable experience for potential new members and chapters who have historically struggled with recruitment. Little did I know that my plans would quickly get dashed due to a pesky virus. This shifted my plans from two days worth of house tours to virtual recruitment and inhibiting any in-person recruitment events.
